About the Artist

  It was in Pittsburgh, PA where I was born in 1937, raised,educated, fell in love and married my beautiful Lynn. Our first child Joey came the next year.
  We relocated to  Florida in 1963. There we were blessed with our second child Jim. I was a practicing Dentist in Altamonte Springs for over forty years. My great loves are my family, art, Florida and the Pittsburgh Steelers.
  Now for the art part. Sometime in 1987-`88, I bought some watercolors, brushes and instruction books and began my art career. I`m a self  taught  artist and love to paint.The things that have inspired my art the things I see around me everyday  in nature such as light, shadows, forms, reflections and color. Simple things especially have great beauty and meaning to me.
   About a year ago my work has moved from watercolors to acrylics.
Most of the art on this site has been completed during 2007.
